3 Guesses Media provides complete turnkey marketing solutions. But how do we get there? How do we know what your marketing solution will be? Actually, it's quite simple. We ask you. At 3 Guesses Media, the client is directly involved and signs off on every step from conception to delivery.

Step One: Client Consultation

Before we start work on your project, we have to get to know you. We need to know who you are, what your business does and what your goals are for your initiative. Defining business and functional requirements first (an often overlooked step, as obvious as it may seem) can save literally hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars in the long run. Who are your competitors? What type of look do you like? What is your target market? When we feel comfortable that we understand your business and know what you want and you feel comfortable that we understand your business and know what you want, we can begin working on the specifics of your project.

Step Two: Assign Project Manager

Every project taken on by 3 Guesses Media will be assigned its' own project manager, regardless of size and scope. From beginning to end, this will be your single point of contact. At this point, you will also be issued a private url address which will update project status in real time. It is here you will  sign off on milestones, approve designs, etc.

Step Three: Technical Requirements / Graphical Mockups

Technical Requirements (if necessary) will be defined at this point based on business and functional requirements previously discussed. Simultaneously, graphical mock-ups will begin (if applicable). Additionally, web based projects will have domain names registered at this time.

Step Four (if applicable): Web Hosting

3 Guesses Media offers several web hosting packages. They differ depending on technology, technical needs, storage space, available email accounts, security and other options. Obviously, not every business needs the most comprehensive package. Others would do well without large amounts of storage space and bandwidth. Together we determine which package is best for your needs and set up your space with your new domain name.

Step Five: Development

Working from branding information you provide, we will begin work on the design of your ad/website/presentation/etc. As throughout other steps in the process, we will consult with you often, adjusting the design, imagery, and content as needed. Then, if database and/or e-commerce solutions are part of your package, we will collect the necessary information from you (i.e. prices, merchandise descriptions) and will add the features you decided on: shopping carts, credit card verification, automatic inventory, customer tracking, etc.

Step Six (if applicable): Internet Search Engine Marketing

As part of many of our website design packages, 3 Guesses Media will register your website with the major search engines and directories (i.e. Google, Yahoo, MSN, AltaVista, Lycos). However, this is not enough if you wish to be ranked well under certain keywords or key phrases in internet search engines. We offer several different internet marketing packages that differ in both the number of pages of optimization for your website, and dollar amount that goes towards paid ranking. Once you decide what internet marketing package is best for you, all you have to do is decide which keywords you want your customers to find you with. We have packages which will analyze best choices for you. 

Step 7 and Beyond

3 Guesses Media will make sure your project meets all requirements, and will be there following implementation for continued support and/or maintenance.
