The first and most important step is understanding your needs.  We know that no one knows your business better than you do. So we begin each project by developing a solid understanding of your company, your customers and your needs. Once we've gotten to better understand your needs, we begin the actual work of solution design. We will explore multiple avenues which will communicate your message. We'll work closely with you during this phase and discuss all designs with you, and the reasoning behind each. We will gather your feedback and thoughts and revise designs until we have created the perfect solution for you.

Finally, we begin creation. For websites, this involves installing the foundational content mnagement system, building internal pages and completing any necessary programming. With print projects we manage everything from pre-production and press checks to final runs.
